The Park and Ride holds 1000 car park spaces on Devil’s Tower Road.
The project is situated at a prime location at the foot of the Rock of Gibraltar and adjacent to 4 storey residential buildings and close to the Gibraltar International Airport.
In response the building is organised in layers with car parking functions to the North and pedestrian circulation walkways animating the southern street facade and served by three vertical circulation cores and are terminated at either end with sculptural external steel stairs.
